While Kelly’s channeling unicorn, he is behind the scenes calming the chaos, chatting with community partners, and ensuring there’s creative magic all around. He’s the man behind the mission and the sparkle in all that glitters! A father and autism advocate. He brings real world grit to our unique, radical, and compassionate way we deliver mental health care. He ensures every part of Heffron Health & Wellness runs smoother than a glitter covered unicorn sliding down a rainbow. He never does fluff, a no nonsense kind of guy! While he may not rock a horn, at the moment, make no mistake, he’s the coordinator that creates the magic!

Kelly Heffron isn’t your average nurse practitioner and thank glitter for that! With over two decades in mental health, she has seen it all. The overlooked, misdiagnosed, the “too much, way too sensitive,” and the many times when there are system failures. Instead of burning out, she lit up, building a practice where magic meets medicine. This is where neurodivergence, gender-expansive, and the gloriously complex isn’t just accepted, it’s celebrated! She’s a boy mom, survivor of grief, betrayal, and burnout. She alchemized it all into fierce compassion and unshakable purpose. This created her superpower… She can see past the diagnosis and symptoms and offers care that’s custom and unashamed. That’s the Unicorn Way! It makes her unique in the mental health industry!
